What you'll do
- Run a crew on fence, deck, and landscape jobs around Elko
- Read the job, lay it out, and keep the day moving
- Hold the line on quality and safety, every job
- Talk with customers on site like a professional
- Be the link between the crew and Craig

- Dependable. Early, not on time.
- Hands-on with fencing, landscaping, or construction
- Able to lead a crew without yelling at it
- A clear communicator and a problem-solver in the field
